Celebrate the 250th birthday of the US Army at the Virginia War Museum! We'll have a mini-exhibit about the founding of the Army, special Army artifacts from the American Revolution through the War on Terror, and a kids' storytime about Stubby the Dog, hero of World War I, every hour. We'll also celebrate at 11:00am with cupcakes (as supplies last).

As part of the Explore with Your Library Card series, this event is free for Hampton Roads-area library card holders. Admission is also free for active duty, retired, veteran, guard, and reserve members of the US Army.

Admission for other guests is $8/adult, $7/senior, $6/child (age 7-18), and $20/household. Under age 7 is free. All activities
