The Farmer's Daughter (1820s structure)

The Farmer

About

Built around 1850, this two-story log structure was owned by W.F. Slater, a partner in the Slater & Moyers corn and flour mill. It is believed to have been a boarding house in the late 1800s owned by Mary Crockett. Prior to that, it may have been leased to "The Thespian Club" for public dramatic performances.
