Applications for the 2026 calendar are closed. All applications submitted are being reviewed. You should expect to hear about the status of your application from our team by mid-November.
After you’ve heard from our team at that time, if your site has been selected for scheduling the next step will be reviewing additional specifications through the Host Services Agreement before we can confirm the scheduled visit.

The Mobile Museum expands to be about 90 feet long, 35 feet wide, and weighs about the same as a typical fully loaded tractor-trailer semi-truck at 75,000 pounds (38 tons.) It requires a firm, level surface capable of supporting the weight.
The VA250 Mobile Museum Experience will continue to tour the state of Virginia and beyond through 2027. The opening date for applications for the 2027 calendar year is to be determined. Please check back here for updates.
