The Black Patriots and Black Loyalists exhibit will be on display in the Carriage House at Oatlands. The exhibit is a joint project of the Black History Committee of the Friends of the Thomas Balch Library and the Virginia Piedmont Heritage Area Assn. It will be on display during the Lafayette celebration weekend.
