Deloache, Rear Admiral USN (Retired) will present a 40-minute talk and entertain questions on the History of the United States Navy with emphasis on the birth of the Navy for the American Revolution. RADM Deloche is the former Director of the Naval History and Heritage Command. He served on multiple ballistic missile submarines.
