The 3rd Annual Ag & Art Adventure through Grayson County is a two-day celebration of Grayson County's cultural heritage. Saturday, September 7th from 10-4, visitors and locals are invited on a self-guided tour of local farms, historic sites and artist studios, from Matthews Living History Farm Museum in Eastern Grayson all the way to Rugby Creek Animal Rescue Farm in the West. In partnership with the Grayson County Historical Society, two ticketed bus tours will take adventurers on a curated route while Historical Society members explain the history behind each stop. The self-guided tour is free and open to the public, with a detailed map available on the Grayson County, VA tourism website.

Sunday, September 8th from 1-4, join Grayson County Tourism in partnership with Legends of Grayson Old-Time Celebration for the Sunday Sing & Pick at the Historic 1908 Courthouse in Independence. Artists and Farmers from Saturday's tour will be present for demonstrations of their crafts during the concert and subsequent Courthouse lawn Old-time Jam. This event is free and open to the public.
