The Celebration of the 250th Anniversary of America’s Independence continues with War and Style: The Virginia Backcountry during the Revolution at Wytheville’s Meeting Center from 9am – 3pm. Five local and regional speakers will discuss everything from Tories to period clothing, and furniture. Admission to the symposium is free. The Wytheville Meeting Center is located at 333 Community Blvd. The event is sponsored by the Town of Wytheville Department of Museums, made possible by a grant from the VA250 Commission.
