About

The Loudoun Museum strives to preserve Loudoun County's diverse and complete history; authentically interpret Loudoun's culture, history, and natural treasures; and fulfill our role as the official repository for Loudoun's history. The Museum cares for over 8,000 artifacts that illustrate the history of the county and its inhabitants. It uses the collection to interpret Loudoun history through permanent and changing exhibits and to educate the public about Loudoun history through programs, resource materials, and events. The Museum helps foster heritage tourism throughout the region.
