Union Church and Veteran's Memorial Park
About
Sometimes called the "Little Church," the Union Church has long been a standing landmark of the Mount Jackson area since ca. 1825.This brick church building has been a critical piece of Mt. Jackson's history for almost two centuries. Surrounding it is the town's historic cemetery which dates to the same period and contains graves of numerous revolutionary war soldiers and early town residents. A WWII era honor board is also located in the cemetery.
