Now Through July 12, visitors to Ferry Farm can view the 2024 Archaeological Summer Dig. Self-guided grounds-only tours for adults are $9, $4 for ages 6 and up, under 6 are free.

This year’s dig site is where an old 18th-century kitchen once stood. We hope to learn more about the kitchen building itself, a fire that occurred, and find artifacts within and outside the structure. Our archaeologists welcome questions from visitors!

Digs occur Monday – Friday, 10-4pm, weather permitting. No excavations on Memorial Day but active on July 4th.
