The Botetourt County Historical Society, Inc., and Museum will sponsor local author Phillip Gills. He will be talking about this newly released "Sex, Liquor, and Lawlessness in Early Roanoke". The book has just been released and will also be available for purchase during his talk. This is the first event in the series of "History After Dark" events held throughout the summer. Tickets for this event are $30 per person and include access to an appetizer buffet. Additional //food and Drink will be available for purchase. A portion of the evening's ticket proceeds will benefit the Botetourt County Historical Society, Inc.
