July 4 Celebration: Carrington Pavilion, Free Admission

6PM - Gates open at the Carrington Pavilion
7:15PM - City of Danville Mayor Speaks
7:25PM - Seven Til Sunrise Performance Starts
Dusk - Grand firework display, weather permitting

Activities will be listed once they are confirmed.
Food, arts, crafts, and commercial vendors will be on site with items available for purchase.

Submission of these vendor forms does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and you will be notified of the decision on your application within 3 weeks of submission.

Important Fireworks Information:

Fireworks will begin around dusk on Saturday, July 4, weather permitting.
Fireworks will be launched from southbound lane of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge (Main Street Bridge).
The southbound lane and all access lanes (closest to the YMCA) will close at 3PM
The northbound lane and all access lanes will close at 8PM
Portions of the Riverwalk Trail will be closed.
Residents should obey all traffic signs and detours.
The train trestle pedestrian bridge at the Crossing will close at 9PM
Before you leave your house, make sure your dogs are safe inside.
Free parking is available throughout the River District.
Parks and Recreation offices will be closed on Friday, July 3.
