The Woodstock Library will host a historical program on Friday, April 17, at 2:00PM at the Woodstock Library, 134 N. Church Street in Woodstock. Dr. William Porter will present "Forgotten Signers of the Declaration of Independence,’ exploring the lives and contributions of lesser-known signers of the Declaration during the nation’s founding era.
