Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist Hubby Jenkins brings his deep respect for old-time American music to the stage, tracing the African American roots woven through the nation’s folk traditions. From his time with the Carolina Chocolate Drops to his dynamic solo performances, Jenkins blends guitar, banjo, voice, and other traditional instruments to reveal how these musical forms have evolved over generations while remaining a vital part of America’s cultural heritage.
