Join us for this special extended hours event at the Frontier Culture Museum! On April 15-17th 2025, we are excited to host the Virginia American Revolution 250th Mobile Museum! This free interactive experience allows the visitor to engage with Virginia’s rich Revolutionary history. The Mobile Museum will be open from 1-7 pm.

After visiting the Mobile Museum, receive a coupon for a special $3 entrance to the Frontier Culture Museum to use that day. Our special Revolution on the Frontier program will run from 1-8 pm on the Eastern Woodlands Indian and 1760s Settlement sites. Immerse yourself in Crockett’s Western Battalion, a state regimental force tasked with maintaining the western front of the Revolution. Learn about Native allies and how the Revolution affected Indigenous neighbors.
