Following the 1st Continental Congress, the localities across all Colonies issues ‘Resolves’ to state their demands of the Crown, and the local Militias stepped up their readiness for potential conflict with England. Join the Virginia Line as we portray the Company of Hanover County Militia, led by local legend Captain Patrick Henry. This muster and drill even will take place at the Historic Hanover Tavern, and demonstrate the tactics, drill, and discipline of the local residents as they answer the call to the approaching “Winds of War”.
