Historian Robert M. Dunkerly will discuss his most recent book, "An Explorer's Guide to the American Revolutionary War." This handbook offers information about hundreds of historic sites and includes detailed battlefield maps and directions for nine walking tours of revolutionary cities. Dunkerly is an award-winning author who has worked at nine historic sites and written 11 books. He is currently a Park Ranger at Richmond National Battlefield Park (U.S. National Park Service). Books will be available for purchase and signing. This program is held in partnership with Henrico County Recreation and Parks, History Division, and sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
