Supreme Court Lecture Series at George Washington


Join the Supreme Court Historical Society and the Washington Presidential Library for two lectures focused on George Washington, the history of the U.S. Supreme Court, and the nation's founding. After each lecture, enjoy a reception with complimentary beer, wine, and hors-d'oeuvres. Tickets are available only as a two-lecture package.

On May 1 at the Supreme Court, hear about George Washington's nephew, who inherited Mount Vernon and was Chief Justice John Marshall's right-hand man.

On Oct. 8 at Mount Vernon, learn how the leadership of John Adams defined the presidency for those who followed.
