Meet Patrick Henry
A One-Man Performance

A one-man performance detailing the life and legacy of Patrick Henry. Delegate to the Virginia Conventions (1774-1776), first elected Governor of Virginia, and staunch proponent of the Bill of Rights, Mr. Henry will discuss the important events of his life and times, giving special attention to his most famous speech delivered at St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia, that culminated in the phrase, “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!”

Virginia Legends Live is a historical performance program dedicated to preserving the history of Virginia Beach by educating about the influential leaders or “legends” of American history. Programs are possible through fundraising missions with the Virginia Legends Walk Foundation.
