VA250 is proud to host a Constitution Day event “To Support & Defend” honoring the 250th Anniversaries of the United States Army, Navy, and Marine Corp at Virginia’s premiere military college, Virginia Military Institute. The 45-minute program will feature a welcome from Delegate Terry Austin and Superintendent Lt. Gen. David Furness, General George Washington (portrayed by Ron Carnegie with Colonial Williamsburg), and a ceremonial coin exchange, with music provided by the VMI Regimental Band.
